01First confirm the workpiece information, which is the basis for solution matching.

02Define the handling motion clearly: pickup location, placement location, and placement method
Before installation, customers need to clarify the complete handling cycle time and action path, including the pickup position, placement position, lifting height, rotation angle, horizontal movement distance, flip angle, whether positioning and insertion are required, whether it needs to cooperate with tooling fixtures, etc.

03On-site space and installation methods need to be checked in advance

04Foundation, compressed-air supply and equipment interference are the focus of installation and delivery
For pneumatic equipment, compressed-air supply conditions directly affect action stability. The location of the compressed air interface, air supply pressure, flow rate, pipe diameter, compressed-air supply cleanliness, whether a filtering and pressure reducing device is configured, etc. need to be confirmed on site. Specific requirements are subject to the final technical plan and equipment nameplate.
Foundation conditions are equally important. If expansion bolts or chemical anchors are required, the ground should meet the corresponding installation requirements; if there are hollows, cracks, interlayers, the floor is too thin, or there are pipe trenches underneath, this should be stated in advance. In terms of equipment interference, the rotation range, working radius, lifting stroke, clamp opening and closing space, vacuum pipeline and air line direction should be checked. If there are robots, conveyor lines, AGVs, forklift channels or manual channels on site, the risk of dynamic interference also needs to be confirmed.
05Operators, safety areas and delivery materials must also be prepared in advance
Installation is not only about equipment placement, but also about operating comfort and safety. The operator's position, pick-and-place posture, whether two-hand operation is required, whether there are multiple people crossing each other, and whether the operator is close to high temperatures, sharp corners, rotating equipment or stamping areas should be clearly defined. Safety areas should be planned before installation to avoid overlapping of the rotation area with personnel passages, forklift routes, and material storage areas; for equipment with custom tooling, turning mechanisms, and vacuum gripping mechanisms, safety requirements such as clamp release, air cutoff protection, workpiece drop-prevention, limiters, and buffers should be confirmed.
