AUREK · Custom pneumatic industrial manipulators
The manipulator, end tooling and pneumatic control circuit are customized for the workpiece weight, shape, gripping areas and site layout, with the rated load set for the combined workpiece and tooling weight. One engineering team handles application assessment, design, manufacture and on-site commissioning.
Working radius, lift stroke and slewing range are designed for the site layout. End tooling can use vacuum gripping, mechanical clamping, internal expansion, air-expanding shafts, electromagnetic attraction and turning mechanisms.
The column is fixed to a concrete floor, suited to loading and unloading, assembly alignment and turning at fixed workstations.
The mobile base is repositioned while unloaded and is supported and braked once in place, so several workstations can share it at different times.
The manipulator is mounted on overhead steel structure, a gantry or a rail, freeing floor space and reducing interference with surrounding equipment.
