Daily Inspection Checklist for Pneumatic Industrial Manipulators

Daily inspection items and record sheets before and after shifts help promptly detect abnormalities, retain maintenance records, and ensure long-term stable operation of equipment.

The following is the complete content of the inspection form, which can be viewed directly online; if you need to print, post or archive it, you can download the PDF on the right.

This table is used for daily pre-start-up inspection and abnormal record of the equipment. It is recommended to print and post it near the equipment, or file it as a team equipment inspection record.

⚠ Safety Tips:Please confirm that the workpiece has been stabilized or unloaded before inspection; if you find abnormal noise, loose structure, cracks, brake failure, clamp cannot be released, equipment lifts on its own, etc., you should immediately stop using it and contact the person in charge of the site or the manufacturer for processing. Non-professionals are not allowed to dismantle or modify the pneumatic lines, load-bearing structures and safety protection devices.
